Categories and track lengths
Competitors who are not official members of any ČASS member club and do not have a DID assigned, ie do not have a racing license, can also take part in the race. The "rule of five" applies to opening a category, ie. the minimum number of competitors required to open a category is 5 competitors. If this number is not reached, the category will be linked to another related category (eg Men and Women Together).
Each competitor may complete only two starts on both days. You can log in to any categories. One dog may start only once a day, except for the children's category.
Tracks
Licensed and incoming competitors start on the 3.8 km track on Saturday and Sunday.
Juniors and teenagers start on the 2.5 km track on Saturday and Sunday.

Entry fee & starting list
Starting list:
Specific start times will be published by the organizer on the basis of received applications, no later than 3 days before the race. The start list will also be available at the start and stake.
The starts of all running categories will be interval intervals on Saturday after 20 seconds and on Sunday gundersen starts.
The starts of the equestrian disciplines will be intervals on Saturday after 60 seconds and on Sunday the gundersen starts.
The Gundersen start will apply to the top ten competitors in a given category. Residue the starting field will start again at a interval of 20/60 seconds.
Each competitor is responsible for starting at a predetermined time. In case the competitor passes the check-in, but does not show up for the start, the organizer will give him a DNS.
If the competitor does not arrive at the start on time, but arrives at another time in his category, the organizer may decide to start at another time.
Arrivals start on the same track as the licensed ones. This race does not have a category of beginners with a shortened track !!

In the event of cancellation of a reservation already paid before the race, the competitor will be refunded a proportion of the entry fee, reduced by the costs already incurred. In case of cancellation of the paid reservation 10 before the race, the entry fee will be forfeited in favor of the organizer.

Payments on the spot are possible only by prior arrangement with the organizer and the price of the entry fee is in this case increased according to the price list.
Conditions of participation and race rules
The race is governed by the Race Rules for sled dog races in the Czech Republic. By sending the application, the competitor undertakes to comply with these rules. The race for the category of competitors without a license is also governed by the Race Rules for sled dog races in the Czech Republic, with the exception of abbreviations of individual categories to distinguish them from the main race.
Licensed competitors cannot participate in the side race for unlicensed competitors at the same time.
Each competitor starts at his own risk and is responsible not only for damage caused by himself, but also his dog.
Dogs taking part in the race must be at least 12 months old.
Each dog can take part in only one round / stage in one class in one race.
Persons under the age of 15 can only take part in the race with the consent and accompanied by a person over the age of 18.
The plant is governed by valid and effective legislation of the Czech Republic.
The competitor is obliged to have his dog (s) on a leash at the starting point, in the camp area and on the track during the entire race.
It is only possible to let the dogs go at the place specified by the organizer - they will be specified at the musher meeting and during the acceptance.
It is possible to walk the track outside the start times with dogs on a leash.
Training windows on the track are: Friday 12-20, Saturday 14-20.
In unfavorable conditions, it is possible to change the length of the track, ie. shorten or lengthen the track. The organizer must always inform all participants of the race about this change in time.
the results will be published separately for each race day, at the earliest 30 minutes after the last competitor of the given race day.
PLEASE NOTE: Musher club JCC zs, as the organizer of the race held on 22 - 24 April 2022 in the Křivonoska Camp, Hluboká n. , audio or video recording of their person for the purpose of marketing and promotion of the organizer or its partners and the services they offer on their websites or on social networks with which they have established a profile (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube).
Any participant or spectator whose portrait has been captured in the above manner may request the organizer to download a specific photograph, audio or video recording that captures his portrait.
